Caps!

I know, I know. It's been a while since my last post. We've all been a little busy lately working on our Charity Knitting project. Take a look at all the lovely caps that we donated this week to Albany Medical center. Look at the little tiny one way up front. Marie tells me there is a little head just waiting for it at the hospital. Thanks to all that contributed your efforts!

The calf count is up to 10 now in case you are all wondering. My last post was number 1. We're still waiting for number 11, the last calf. Momma cow is getting fat so she'll be along soon.

Now onto customer show and tell. There's lots!

Libby's beautiful scarf made out of the Queensland Haze.

And Kathy L.'s Basic But Effective shawl made out of Noro Sock yarn. A few seed stitch baby hats out of Encore and the cute baby kimono and matching hat made out of Ella Rae Superwash.
A skein of Kurt's homespun!

The next 3 pictures are Nancy C's finished projects, her beautiful Daybreak Shawl...

...Ripple Scarf...
...and market bag...

Don't you just love Robin's owl...

...and Annette's pillow!??!?!

Jan finished her February Lady Sweater made during one of our knit-alongs. Just lovely!

This is Brittany's Heather Grey Baby Blanket. Don't you love the seed stitch trim!

And another skein of Kurt's hand spun. This was his first. He's really getting into it!
Mari's absolutely beautiful baby blanket.

Here are the ladies during the needle felting class.

And some of the finished products from Joy, Mary, Sue and Jane (sorry...not sure which order they are really in!)

Oh...but this one is Sue's!

Heike was busy finishing her Encompass and Honeycomb Cowls and her Daybreak shawl, all made in classes here at the shop. Just beautiful Heike!

And Janells' Moguls Cowl and Winding Way Mitts!

Sorry...not sure whose car seat blankets these are but they are really nice!

Sheila's blanket made from a pattern in the Deep South Knitting book. Each triangle has a different motif!

Diane's felted bag made in a class here at the shop.

Deborah also finished a few things including the Irish Hiking scarf and..I'm sorry Deborah...I can't find the note that tells me what the rest of these are.  Update!  Found the note...Deborah's Irish Hiking Scarf, Fear of Commitment Cowl and Handspun Headband.  So nice!

Nancy E's Maine Morning Mitts...they look so cozy!

Sorry...not sure why this is sideways. It's not on my computer. And I also don't know whose they are but they are lovely.

And Heike's lovely mitts made out of our newest yarn, Noro Ayatori.

That's all for now. Have a great weekend everyone!
